All web sites are different and require varying amounts of time to create. There are lots of factors to be taken into consideration when building a web site, and a pricing structure that included all of them would only be confusing. But to give you an idea of what is involved we have provided a table below to help in determining what you want. There are 2 distinct stages to developing a web site:
Setup: Includes client meetings and discussions, concept design, preliminary graphics, navigation design. It is on a sliding scale (since bigger jobs take more planning) and ranges from about $250 for a single page web site, up to $2000 for >20 page web site. Large sites are quoted on a job-by-job basis. Construction: Charged per page where a page contains up to 400 words of text and up to 4 photos. Once again on a sliding scale, but downwards in this case as there is a certain amount of the page construction that can be duplicated from page to page. Pricing ranges from $100 per page for a single page, down to $50 per page for 100 pages. The reason we charge per page? Experience! Indicative costs for a simple but professionally designed static HTML site are as follows: | Site | Setup | Per Page | Cost | | Single Page | $150 | $100 | $250 | | 3 Pages | $200 | $80 | $440 | | 5 Pages | $300 | $60 | $600 | | 10 Pages | $400 | $50 | $900 | | 20 - 30 Pages | $450 | $45 | $1950+ |

Please use the prices above as a guide only, and contact us for your specific requirements and an actual quote.
